2. Payment

Payment is currently made in cash at the location. This website does not currently process online payments or use a payment gateway for bookings.

Any price or trip details agreed through the booking conversation should be confirmed with us before the trip.

3. Private and Shared Trips

We offer private and shared snorkeling options. The route, duration, departure time, and availability depend on the option booked and the arrangements confirmed with the guest.

Shared trips operate according to the available departure schedule. Private trips provide a more flexible arrangement, subject to availability and sea conditions.

4. Trip Information and Sea Conditions

Snorkeling takes place in a natural marine environment. Weather, waves, currents, visibility, tides, marine conditions, and local operational conditions can change.

For safety and practical reasons, the guide or operator may adjust the route, snorkeling spots, timing, or other trip arrangements when conditions require it. A particular snorkeling spot or marine animal sighting cannot be guaranteed.

5. Safety and Swimming Ability

Guests are responsible for informing the guide about relevant swimming limitations, injuries, medical conditions, or other health-related information that may affect safe participation.

Life jackets are available. Non-swimmers and beginners may be able to participate when conditions are considered safe, but participation remains subject to the guide's assessment of the guest and the sea conditions.

Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions from the guide and use the provided snorkeling equipment appropriately.

6. Equipment and Trip Inclusions

Snorkeling equipment and life jackets are available according to the trip option and arrangements confirmed at booking. Underwater photos and videos are included with the snorkeling experience as described on the relevant trip page.

Equipment should be treated with reasonable care and returned after the activity.

7. Hotel Pickup

Hotel or accommodation pickup is available within the Gili Trawangan area when arranged in advance. Guests should provide accurate accommodation information and be ready at the agreed meeting point and time.

8. Children

Children may join a snorkeling trip. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children and providing us with any relevant information needed for safe participation.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling should be requested at least 1 day before the scheduled trip.

Last-minute cancellation or rescheduling may not be accepted because the boat, guide, snorkeling equipment, and other arrangements may already have been prepared.

Unexpected situations can happen. If you need to make a last-minute change, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be considered according to the circumstances and operational availability.

10. Respect for the Marine Environment

Guests are expected to treat the marine environment responsibly. Please avoid touching coral, chasing marine animals, standing on coral, or taking marine life from the water.

Guides may provide instructions intended to reduce disturbance to marine life and help guests enjoy the snorkeling experience responsibly.

11. Guest Information

Guests may voluntarily provide information that is relevant to arranging and carrying out the trip, including booking details and health or swimming information when it is relevant to safety.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services, operational arrangements, or website information change. The latest version published on this page will apply to future bookings, unless a different arrangement has already been confirmed directly with a guest.
